What do I get with a subscription?
Premium ($19.99/month, launching soon) unlocks current 20-minute prices, all 10 years of SEC financials and the full filing library, unlimited watchlists, alerts and saved valuation models, real portfolio tracking, full notifications, and the complete screener. The free plan keeps research on any stock (previous-close prices, 3 years of statements), paper trading, contests, community features and the Learn library. During launch, every account gets Premium free.
Do I need a brokerage account?
No. The portfolio is paper trading with virtual cash — nothing here connects to a broker or moves real money.
Is this financial advice?
No. Tenfold Investing is for education only. Nothing here is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Always do your own research — or talk to a licensed professional — before investing real money.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — once subscriptions open, use "Manage subscription" in the account menu to open the Stripe billing portal and cancel in a couple of clicks; your access continues until the end of your current billing period. During launch nothing is billed, so there is nothing to cancel.
What data sources do you use?
Quotes, profiles and estimates via Finnhub (may be delayed ~20 minutes), financial statements and filings via SEC EDGAR, daily price history via Tiingo and Twelve Data, and monthly-refreshed AI-written company insights. Data may be inaccurate or incomplete — it's a learning aid, not a trading terminal.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or subscribe. One account per person — please don't share your credentials.

3. Subscription & billing
Premium access is provided free during the launch period. Once subscriptions open, Premium will cost $19.99/month, billed recurringly by our payment processor Stripe until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the billing portal ("Manage subscription" in the account menu); your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may change the price with reasonable notice.
4. Virtual points, votes & predictions
Community votes, shared projections, contest picks and leaderboard points are games with virtual points only. They have no cash value, and there are no prizes, entry fees, or real-money payouts of any kind.
5. Community content
Votes, projections and picks reflect other members' opinions — not advice. There is no free-text posting; please keep the community respectful and don't attempt to harass or mislead others.
6. Market data
Market data may be delayed (~15 minutes), inaccurate, or incomplete. It is provided as a learning aid, not a trading terminal — don't base real trades on it.
7. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for investment decisions or losses, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel your subscription (and stop using the service) at any time.

1. What we collect
Account info: your email address and display name. Your data: watchlist symbols, paper-trading and real portfolios (positions, transactions), community votes, shared price projections, contest picks, feature requests, and settings. Technical: cached market data and preferences stored in your browser's local storage.
2. How we use it
To provide the service: signing you in, syncing your watchlist/portfolio/settings across devices, running community features, and managing your subscription.
3. Processors
We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and Stripe for payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our servers.
4. No sale of data
We don't sell your personal data to anyone, and we don't share it with advertisers.
5. Cookies & local storage
We use browser storage for your sign-in session, preferences, cached market data, and a write-through cache of your cloud data so the app stays fast.
6. Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your cloud profile, watchlists, portfolios, settings, votes, projections, and picks, and clears this browser's local data.
7. Children's privacy
Tenfold Investing is 18+ only. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We'll post updates here; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Quotes come from Finnhub's free tier and refresh roughly every 15 minutes, so prices you see may lag the live market. Data can also be inaccurate, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Financials come from SEC EDGAR filings, which companies sometimes restate. Treat everything here as a learning aid — not a trading terminal — and don't base real trades on it.
3. Community content is opinion, not signal
Bullish/bearish votes and shared price projections reflect what other members think — not what will happen, and not advice. They are not trading signals. Contest picks and leaderboard points are games played with virtual points that have no cash value; there are no prizes, entry fees, or real-money payouts of any kind.
4. Models are simplified hypotheticals
The DCF model, projection playground, compound interest calculator, and portfolio checkups use simplified math and your own assumptions. Small changes in assumptions produce very different answers. They're here to teach you how the math works — not to tell you what a stock is worth.
5. Past performance
Past performance never guarantees future results. Every investment carries risk, including the possible loss of principal.
